Vermentinu
At the heart of the estate, Vermentinu opens onto a vast terrace and its summer kitchen, a true living space where evenings come alive overlooking the vineyards and the Gulf of Figari, with the sea shimmering on the horizon.
A peaceful villa in the heart of the estate
At the heart of the estate, Vermentinu opens onto the vastness of the surrounding landscape.
From the terrace, the eye gently wanders beyond the vineyards to the Gulf of Figari, where the Genoese tower of Pianottoli stands in the distance against the horizon and the sea.
Intimate and filled with natural light, the villa welcomes four to five guests in an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The elegant and contemporary interiors have been designed to extend the serenity of the setting. The living room, centered around a stone fireplace, flows naturally into the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting space.
The two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, offer comfort and privacy.
The master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, opens directly onto the pool and terrace. The second bedroom, which can be arranged with either two single beds or one double bed, overlooks the garden and surrounding nature.
At Vermentinu, life is lived mainly outdoors.
The large terrace, open to the landscape, becomes the heart of the villa:
a place for summer lunches, long evenings around the stone barbecue, or simply for contemplating the silence of the vineyards, the distant sea, and the ever-changing light of the gulf.
The 12.5-metre swimming pool, heated from spring onwards, stretches alongside the terrace and enhances this feeling of space and freedom.
Here, everything invites you to slow down:
the vineyard, the horizon, the sea, and time itself seem to stand still.
