The bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (180 cm), opens directly onto the terrace, welcoming the morning light and surrounding nature. The bathroom, with its spacious walk-in shower and separate toilet, extends this feeling of simple refinement and comfort.

The living room, centred around a stone fireplace, becomes the perfect refuge on cooler evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen allows complete freedom to enjoy memorable culinary moments.

At Barbarossa, life is mainly lived outdoors.

The villa opens onto generous natural spaces: a separate summer kitchen, a large stone barbecue and spacious terraces where evenings linger beneath the stars, a glass of estate wine in hand.

The private heated swimming pool (9 x 3.5 metres), bordered by the maquis, invites relaxation, contemplation and the gentle rhythm of summer days.
