Clos Canarelli White
Made exclusively from Vermentinu, Clos Canarelli White expresses with precision the sunny and mineral character of its terroir. The wine opens with a clean, precise nose marked by white flowers, lemon zest and an almost saline freshness.
The palate is full and structured, carried by fine mineral tension that balances the ripeness of the fruit. Citrusy notes continue through a straight, persistent finish, leaving a sensation of purity and depth.
Already highly expressive in its youth, this white wine gains depth after a few years of ageing, developing more complex nuances while preserving its freshness. It pairs ideally with fish, seafood and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
Clos Canarelli Rosé
Clos Canarelli Rosé is made from a harmonious blend of Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu and Grenache, giving it both finesse and character. The precise, elegant nose reveals fresh red berries enhanced by subtle spicy notes.
On the palate, the attack is supple and fresh, then the wine gains breadth without ever losing its delicacy. The balance between fruit, tension and structure gives it real depth, far from purely aromatic or short-lived rosés.
This gastronomic rosé stands out for its structure and persistence, making it equally enjoyable as an aperitif or at the table. It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, white meats and spicy dishes.
Clos Canarelli Red
Clos Canarelli Red is dominated by Niellucciu, complemented by Sciaccarellu, Carcaghjolu Neru and a touch of Syrah, forming a blend that is both powerful and balanced. The nose reveals ripe black fruits, smoky notes and a slightly wild character typical of the great reds of southern Corsica.
The palate is full and structured, supported by dense matter and present yet controlled tannins. Black fruit aromas continue into spicy and mineral nuances, offering remarkable depth and a long, persistent finish.
Designed for ageing, this wine evolves beautifully over up to ten years, gaining complexity and harmony. It pairs ideally with red meats, slow-cooked dishes and characterful cuisine.

Tarra Di Sognu White
Tarra di Sognu White comes from a blend dominated by Vermentinu, complemented by Carcaghjolu Neru, Rimenese, Biancu Gentile and Genovese. This diversity of grape varieties gives the wine a fine, nuanced aromatic expression, marked by white flowers, anise and delicate bergamot notes.
The palate stands out for its great purity and assertive mineral structure. A saline sensation brings relief and freshness, structuring the wine without ever weighing it down. The whole is precise, tense and perfectly balanced.
This characterful white wine favours the expression of soil and freshness over aromatic demonstration. It can be enjoyed young for its precision or after a few years, when it gains depth, pairing ideally with fish, seafood and iodine-rich cuisine.
Tarra di Sognu Red
Tarra di Sognu Red comes from a blend dominated by Carcaghjolu Neru, complemented by Sciaccarellu and Minustellu. The nose is particularly fine and delicate, with an elegant floral expression supported by precise, airy fruit.
On the palate, the wine favours finesse over power. The structure is supple, carried by clean fruit and a light texture, allowing great overall purity to shine through. The balance is remarkable, without harshness or heaviness.

Tarra d'Orasi Red
The Tarra d’Orasi Red cuvée comes from pre-phylloxera vines planted with endemic grape varieties and cultivated with deep respect for their uniqueness. This rare viticultural heritage gives rise to a wine with a truly singular aromatic expression, beyond conventional references.
The nose opens with intense floral notes, dominated by rose, showing great finesse and striking purity. On the palate, the floral structure continues with remarkable precision, carried by delicate and perfectly controlled matter.
