An elegant 100 m² villa complemented by its independent 30 m² pool house, Aleatico offers a rare setting where tranquillity, nature and privacy come together perfectly.

Designed as a true holiday home in the heart of the vineyard, Aleatico revolves around a bright living room dominated by a magnificent stone fireplace, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The fully equipped indoor kitchen (Lacanche range cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, small appliances and coffee machine) opens onto a beautiful dining area, ideal for sharing convivial meals in peaceful surroundings.

The villa features two double bedrooms located in opposite wings to preserve everyone's privacy. The first offers a 180 cm king-size bed, while the second has two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, separate toilet and direct outdoor access, reinforcing the sense of space and freedom.

Filled with natural light, every room enjoys beautiful views over the garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen and surrounding vineyards, in an environment of absolute tranquillity.

Outside, the villa reveals an independent 30 m² pool house, a true second living space fully equipped with barbecue, refrigerator, crockery storage and dishwasher. Designed as a complete summer kitchen, it allows guests to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day. Furnished with an elegant rattan lounge, it invites moments of relaxation overlooking the vineyards.

The private heated swimming pool (12.5 m x 3 m), nestled among the vegetation, extends this atmosphere of serenity and is heated from April onwards (excluding July and August).

Aleatico can also be fully enjoyed during winter, when the living room comes alive around its stone fireplace, creating cosy evenings in the peaceful silence of the vineyard.
