Set in the heart of the vineyard, this elegant 80 m² air-conditioned villa offers a rare sensation: living in constant harmony between indoors and outdoors, fully immersed in nature.

The living room and kitchen, flooded with natural light, open widely onto the landscape through large bay windows that bring the vineyard directly into the home. Views across rows of vines and olive trees create a soothing atmosphere where nature becomes part of everyday life. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine) naturally extends the living space, while the lounge, centred around a beautiful fireplace, invites convivial moments throughout the year.

The villa features two double bedrooms: one with a 180 cm king-size bed and the other with two 90 cm beds that can be arranged either separately or as a double bed. Each bedroom benefits from its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Outside, the living areas have been designed as a true extension of the house, allowing guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. The summer terrace welcomes meals prepared on the plancha grill while overlooking the vineyard, and the private heated swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), heated from April onwards (excluding July and August), blends harmoniously into this landscape of vines and olive trees.

Here, everything encourages you to slow down and savour the moment, with the unique feeling of living within the landscape itself, surrounded by sky, vineyards and olive groves.
